The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center announces its biggest season to date, unveiling the 2010/11 Season line-up including the Wisconsin premiere of the smash-hit musical Jersey Boys, a return engagement of WICKED and an impressive Boldt Arts Alive! Series with performances including the circus arts phenomenon Cirque Dreams Illumination.

"The 2010/11 Season boasts some incredible titles, and we're thrilled to present the Wisconsin premiere of Jersey Boys and a return engagement of WICKED," remarked Susan Stockton, president of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. "The Boldt Arts Alive! Series is very impressive this season, filled with performances that will both engage and inspire the Fox Cities."

In addition to Jersey Boys and WICKED, the M&I Bank Broadway Across America – Fox Cities Series will also feature the Wisconsin premiere of the 2008 Tony® Award-winning Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's South Pacific. The series will also include two Fox Cities firsts with the "singular sensation" A Chorus Line, which holds the record for longest running American musical in Broadway history, and the most heartwarming love story ever told in NETworks presents Disney's Beauty and the Beast, live onstage.

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center's Boldt Arts Alive! Series presents an eclectic mix of music, dance, comedy, drama and performance art. In the 2010/11 Season, the Center is especially thrilled to present the circus arts and street entertainment phenomenon Cirque Dreams Illumination, acclaimed dance company Ailey II, Barter Theatre's powerful drama The Diary of Anne Frank and a Fox Cities Performing Arts Center production of Handel's Messiah featuring the Fox Valley Symphony.

"We have been developing a community production of Handel's Messiah for several years, and this year seemed like the right time to bring together the community for this holiday venture," said Stockton. "The Arts Alive! Series is a great opportunity for people to explore and discover the world around them through the performing arts."

The Boldt Arts Alive! Series also includes a Tony® Award-winning ventriloquist show Jay Johnson: The Two and Only!, the highly acclaimed acting legend HAl Holbrook performing his signature role in Mark Twain Tonight and several other notable titles.
