The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center's already looking to spring as tickets to the 2011 Boldt Arts Alive! Series performances go on sale Monday, December 13, 2010. Tickets for Acoustic Africa (March 8), American Legacies (April 15), Lakota Sioux Dance Theatre (April 18), HAl Holbrook in Mark Twain Tonight (April 30) and Jay Johnson: The Two and Only! (May 14) will be available starting at 10:00 a.m.

Acoustic Africa
Tuesday, March 8, 2011; 7:30 p.m.
Acoustic Africa boasts the exhilarating musical flavors of a continent as performed by three of its most popular and talented musicians. The guitar styles of Habib Koité, Oliver Mtukudzi and Afel Bocoum are distinctly textured by the landscapes of the Saharan desert, the Niger River and their homes in Mali and Zimbabwe. Tickets are $18.

American Legacies
Friday, April 15, 2011; 7:30 p.m.
Experience a one-of-a-kind performance in which the twang of the Appalachians meets the jazz soul of New Orleans when The Del McCoury Band joins forces with the French Quarter's legendary Preservation Hall Jazz Band to create a seamless blend of distinctly American music. Tickets start at $24.

Lakota Sioux Dance Theatre
Monday, April 18, 2011; 7:30 p.m.
Inspired by the drums' resonance as the heartbeat of Mother Earth, the Lakota Sioux Dance Theatre presents the artistic and cultural legacies of the Great Plains through a multi-media performance involving music, storytelling, film and dance. Tickets are $18.

HAl Holbrook in Mark Twain Tonight
Saturday, April 30, 2011; 7:30 p.m.
Legendary actor HAl Holbrook performs his signature piece, Mark Twain Tonight with heartfelt enthusiasm for the celebrated American author of "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer" and "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn." Holbrook's off-Broadway production has entertained for more than five decades amidst critical acclaim and continues to draw inspiration from a literary legacy that has shaped the American experience since the late 1860s. Tickets start at $20.

Jay Johnson: The Two and Only!
Saturday, May 14, 2011; 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Kimberly-Clark Theater
Jay Johnson shows the full scope of his ventriloquist artistry in this 2007 Tony® Award-winning theatrical event that weaves Jay's personal journey as an artist with the history of ventriloquism to create a series of classic routines that will leave you howling with laughter. Tickets are $28.

Tickets for Handel's Messiah on Saturday, December 11 and Cirque Dreams Illumination performing December 18-19, 2010 at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center are on sale now at foxcitiespac.com. Gift certificates, available in any amount, make great gifts and can be applied to any performance at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. The deadline for holiday orders by mail is noon on December 17, 2010.
