RODGERS AND HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA Will Grace Atwood Concert Hall in Anchorage

By: Aug. 11, 2017

The national tour of RODGERS AND HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA will start off their fall and winter performances in Anchorage at the Atwood Concert Hall from October 24-29.

During its 2013-2015 Broadway run, the show received nine Tony-nominations, including that of Best Revival of a Musical and Best Book of a Musical.

The show, which kicked off its tour in 2016, is led by Tatyana Lubov (Hairspray, Next to Normal) as Ella and Hayden Stanes (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Legally Blonde, Fiddler) as Prince Topher. With a new book by Douglas Carter Beane (Sister Act, Xanadu) and original music and lyrics by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein (The King and I, Carousel), this wonderful tour of a beloved Broadway hit is directed by Mark Brokaw (The Constant Wife, Reckless).

Choreography by Josh Rhodes (Company, The Film), scenic design by Tony-nominated Anna Louizos (In The Heights, High Fidelity), Tony-award winning costume design by William Ivey Long (Cabaret, Bullets Over Broadway), lighting design by Kenneth Posner (Wicked, Catch Me If You Can), sound design by Nevin Steinberg (The Performers, Magic/Bird), and orchestrations by Danny Troob (Pacific Overtures, The Baker's Wife) round out an extraordinarily talented creative team.
