Julesworks Follies #49: Not Quite Valentines Edition will be on Sunday, February 12th, at 8 PM at Le Jean Cocteau.

Theatre, Music, Comedy, Dance, Literature and much much more from Julesworks Santa Fe's Monthly (Mostly) Variety Show, on-going for over four years.

The evening will present a flowing array of genres and wealth of talent including (in no determined order): troupe members Johny Broomdust, Greg Lopez, Chris Diestler, Ellchemi Michelle Ossorio, Yvette Michelle Martinez, & our youth outreach sensation Gabe & the return of Stephen Rommel. Also set to perform are our resident musician Gregg Turner, dancer Jacqueline Almond, and another return from puppeteer/musician Devin Ludlow as well as Experimentalist Andy Kirkpatrick and some literary outbursts by the likes of Janet Severance with Jules, and musical guests for Broomdust, plus off and on performer and loyal audience member Lexie MacKenzie will return to the stage.

The Core Troupe will not quite celebrate Valentine's and love with a few skits intermixed with the original skit The Valentine Art Bum and Bad Dating Anonymous meeting with the ensemble, and stand up storytelling from the heart by Y Michelle, and more.

Also, some source material and On-Going Segments are likely to pop up including: The serialized last minute playlet Chatting with God(s) the non-adventures of our not heroes babbling with their disembodied voice or voices this time, Cat Talk, where the hosts Johny Broomdust and Jules will answer audience questions and The Open Slot Slot will carry on to possibly allow a quick piece by interested audience members, and more.

Tickets are $10 General Admission and just $7 for members, including a ticket to the Julesworks Raffle or door prizes and available now at www.jeancocteaucinema.com.

Julesworks will continue to stage their show roughly every six weeks so stay tuned for the announcement of the next date and theme.
