Track Listing Announced for 'Barbara Cook at the Met' CD, Set for June 6 Release

Songs by Stephen Sondheim, Rodger and Hammerstein and Harold Arlen, among others, will be heard on Barbara Cook's latest CD "Barbara Cook at the Met," which will be released by DRG Records on June 6th.
"On January 29th, 2006 musical legend Barbara Cook took the stage of the Metropolitan Opera House for what was an unprecedented event. The Met was presenting, for the first time in its 128 years, a female non-classical singer. Ms. Cook had as her special guests two-time Tony Award winner Audra McDonald and the multi-platinum recording artist Josh Groban. The evening, which required no advertising, was sold out of its 3,700 seats within five days," state notes on DRG's website.
