Rob Ashford joins The Old Vic as Associate Director

Acclaimed director and choreographer Rob Ashford has joined The Old Vic as Associate Director.

Rob’s theatre credits include the Olivier nominated productions of A Streetcar Named Desire and Parade (both Donmar), Evita (West End and Broadway), Guys and Dolls (West End), Thoroughly Modern Millie (West End and Broadway). Other Broadway credits include How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Promises, Promises Cry-Baby and Curtains (all Tony nominated). He also provided choreography for the film Beyond The Sea directed by and starring Kevin Spacey. Rob was previously Associate Director for Michael Grandage at the Donmar and joins existing Old Vic Associates Edward Hall, David Liddiment, Anthony Page, Thea Sharrock and Matthew Warchus.
