The cast and creatives of Bit of Sunshine, which is on at Theatre503 this Sunday 25th and Monday 26th, are to welcome guests from the team behind Rich Creative's new piece, Modern Love, for a post-show Q&A on Monday 26th.

Writer/performer Nicole Zweiback and co-directors Ed Theakston and Katie Coull of Bit of Sunshine will be joined by producer Annabelle Rich, as well as award-winning writer and actor Abe Buckoke, who are both currently involved in developing Modern Love. The post-show Q&A at Theatre503 will focus on the themes and development of Bit of Sunshine, as well as the experience of being emerging theatre-makers working in London today.

Bit of Sunshine is a harrowing tale of one girl's struggle with addiction, mental health issues and eating disorders. It won the Best Play award at the LOST Theatre One Act Festival in July this year and was greeted with audience and critical acclaim at this year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe. It is transferring to London's Theatre503 this weekend. The post-show Q&A on Monday 26th will be open to all ticket holders.

Modern Love is a new hybrid production blending elements of both film and theatre to tell a story spanning one term at Oxford University, following two sets of best friends whose lives collide when they all fall for the same girl. It is part of The Pleasance's Litmus Fest on the 1st to 2nd October, and will then go on to a full run at the Etcetera Theatre, 18-22nd Oct.

Annabelle Rich trained as an actress at The Arden School of Theatre in Manchester, and has since crossed over into Producing. Annabelle formed Production Company Rich Creative in January 2016. Their debut production, Rat in a Box, was written by Abe Buckoke and opened at the Tristan Bates Theatre as part of the Camden Fringe last month, where it won the StageDoor award for most popular show. Modern Love is their second production. As an actress and producer Annabelle is keen to raise awareness of mental illness and said she was thrilled to have been asked to be part of the panel for Bit of Sunshine's Q&A.

Abe Buckoke has acted in television, film and theatre, and was writer of the award-winning new play, Rat in a Box. Writing prizes include The Arthur Cottrell Prize, and Most Popular Show award at Camden Fringe. Film includes BAFTA long list, London Short Film Festival, Flip Side Festival (winning Audience Award and Silver Jury Prize) and the Emden Film Fest.
