A concert show starring two legends - Carol Channing and Debbie Reynolds - is set to play Suprise (Sun City), AZ at the Maricopa Performing Arts Center on February 25th before moving into Florida (details will be announced).  The show, presented by the Nederlanders, previously played on June 10th in Palm Springs.

Debbie Reynolds (Singin' in the Rain, Irene on Broadway) "has been a ball of fire since she whirled on the Hollywood scene at the age of 16 during MGM's grandest years.  With that always adorable face and saucy sparkle, she has personified cheerful bounce and youthful innocence since the earliest days of her career.  As sexy as her silver screen colleagues, she was ironically the most wholesome as well - even after more than 50 years in show business - first as a film star, then on stage and in nightclubs, then television - there is little she has not done," state press materials.

"Comedic actress and singer, Carol Channing, is best known for her roles in popular Broadway musicals, including Gentleman Prefer Blondes (1949), Hello, Dolly! (1963), for which she won a Tony Award in 1964 and many more. A recipient of the 1995 Lifetime Achievement Tony Award, Ms. Channing has been a star of international acclaim for years, starring on stage, film and television.  Her distinctive wide-eyes, husky voice and animated persona made her musical revues and comedy acts long-running hits on the international nightclub circuit."
