On May 9th, 2024, DPAC presented The DPAC Rising Star Awards, central North Carolina's High School Musical Theatre Awards, with host Clay Aiken. Alex Fluker from Panther Creek High School won the coveted DPAC Rising Stars Best Actress award and Conor Kruger from Enloe High School won the DPAC Rising Stars Best Actor award.

Breakout star glaive has debuted a new single, “tijuana freestyle,” alongside a self-shot and directed video. “tijuana freestyle” arrives on the heels of glaive’s latest EP, a bit of a mad one, which he shared earlier this year. Following the release of acclaimed new album A Chaos Of Flowers, BIG|BRAVE have announced an extensive tour throughout North America this August, supported by Spiritual Poison (Ethan McCarthy of Primitive Man). The tour will follow a month-long tour throughout Europe and the UK this Spring, including a set at Portals Festival in London.

With over fifteen years and six albums under their belt, California’s own Joyce Manor made their live TV debut and played two of their most beloved songs on ‘John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in LA’ last night live via Netflix. Personally requested by Mulaney, the band performed 2011’s stand out track “Constant Headache” and “Catalina Fight Song” from 2014’s ‘Never Hungover Again.’
