The tour comes on the back of his huge 2016 album Stayin' Up All Night which reached Number 1 in the charts.

Following on from a year that saw him beat both Beyoncé and Drake to the top spot in his native Ireland, country-pop crossover star Nathan announced a huge run of UK tour dates for 2017.

The charismatic performer has now announced 16 extra dates due to phenomenal demand, including a Warrington show at Parr Hall.

Now one of Ireland's biggest live music acts, Nathan grew up in a house where Country and Western music filled the air and was exposed to classic songs by Johnny Cash, Don Williams and Dolly Parton.

From the tender age of four years old, he learned to play guitar, piano and accordion, which play a vital part in his live show now, and quickly became head chorister in the Liverpool Boys Choir with which he toured the world and even performed in front of the Pope in Rome.

Nathan Carter is now developing into a household name, with tracks from Stayin' Up All Night such as Wagon Wheel and Wanna Dance becoming huge hits, and audiences up and down the country demanding tickets to his shows; he has become a firm favourite for audiences of all ages.

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 17 February.
