Rubicon Theatre Hosts HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA WEEK!

Rubicon Theatre Company'S spooky production of THE MYSTERY OF IRMA VEP for any evening performance during the week leading up to Halloween, and you're in for a special Halloween treat! Each of these paranormal performances of Irma Vep during Rubicon's HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA WEEK includes ghastly goodies and prizes, ranging from free concessions and desserts to a free season subscription to Rubicon for two! HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA WEEK begins Wednesday, October 26 at 7 PM and ends with the added 6 PM performance on Sunday, October 30 at Rubicon Theatre Company.

Wednesday, October 26 at 7 PM: A SWEET & SOUR HALLOWEEN! - Rubicon Theatre kicks off its HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA WEEK with a delicious dessert for everyone's taste. Tangy LEMON SQUARES and rich BROWNIE BITES, courtesy of Siblings Bakery, will be served at the evening performance of The Mystery of Irma Vep. Halloween treats aren't just for kids when you come to Rubicon Theatre!

Thursday, October 27 at 8 PM: RAFFLE GIVEAWAY! - Rubicon Theatre celebrates VENTURA'S HISTORIC DOWNTOWN CULTURAL DISTRICT with a raffle giveaway featuring PRIZES FROM LOCAL BUSINESSES! Your ticket stub is your raffle ticket, giving each audience member the chance to win such prizes as a gift certificate for one box of chocolates from Trufflehound's Fine Chocolates, a $100 gift certificate towards winemaking from Squashed Grapes, a $10 gift certificate from Blenders in the Grass, and $20 gift certificate from Palermo. Raffle winners will be drawn and announced before the curtain rises for The Mystery of Irma Vep.

Friday, October 28 at 8 PM: TRICK OR TREAT! $15 UNDER 25 - Trick or treat at Rubicon Theatre on Friday for a night of sweets and laughter! At this performance, people 25 AND UNDER can get TICKETS FOR JUST $15! As an added bonus to this special discount, those who show up in costume will receive a treat: A COMPLIMENTARY CONCESSION of their choice to enjoy before the show or during intermission.

Saturday, October 29 at 8 PM: TASTY NIGHT OF TRUFFLES! - The hilarity of The Mystery of Irma Vep won't be the only sweet treat you experience at Rubicon Theatre on Saturday. Sunday, October 30 at 6 PM: HALF-PRICE FANTASY NIGHT! - At this special added evening performance, sponsored by Paddy's Bar & Lounge in Ventura, come celebrate Halloween a day early with Rubicon Theatre. Call or stop by the box office to reserve your HALF-PRICE TICKETS, and come join the werewolves, vampires and drag queens in your best costume! Special performances of The Mystery of Irma Vep for Rubicon Theatre's HALLOWEEN EXTRAVAGANZA WEEK begin on Wednesday, October 26 at 7 PM, continue with performances on the following Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 PM and end with a special added performance on Sunday, October 30 at 6 PM. Ticket prices range from $15 to $59, depending on the day of the week and the special offers for each night.
