Securing Game Called Life as the theme for The Big C helped put Leftover Cuties on the map, but whether it’s the artful placement of “Through It All” on the hot FX series Justified, or their cover of “When You’re Smiling” that is now leading the way on a worldwide Hyundai campaign, the Cuties sound is starting to catch fire thanks to their irresistible combination of sultry vocals, pop-perfect songwriting and old-school musicianship.
