LES MISERABLES has captivated Sydney audiences and critics alike since its premiere in March at the Capitol Theatre.Cameron Mackintosh's acclaimed production of Boublil & Schönberg's legendary musical will depart Sydney on October 18th before storming the barricade at Brisbane's Lyric Theatre in November. Final tickets for the Sydney season are on sale Wednesday July 15th from Ticketmaster.

With winners announced later this month, this new Australian production of LES MISERABLES has garnered an incredible 12 Helpmann Award nominations including Best Musical. This is the highest number of nominations for any one production, highlighting the calibre of the production as well as the incredible performances that are witnessed on stage night after night.

One of the world's greatest musicals, this new production of the much-loved blockbuster features glorious modernised staging, orchestrations and dazzlingly reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo. It is truly a show not to be missed. You might think you know the show - but you've never seen it like this!

The extremely talented cast for this new production of LES MISERABLES consists of some of Australia's brightest stars Simon Gleeson, Hayden Tee, Patrice Tipoki, Lara Mulcahy, Trevor Ashley, Kerrie Anne Greenland, Emily Langridge, Chris Durling and Euan Doidge.

Based on Victor Hugo's classic novel, it is an epic and uplifting story about the survival of the human spirit.
