Open space and an open mind in “Young Changgeuk”
A performance that might see the birth of new pansori singing stars!
The first phase in the “Young Changgeuk” series.
The National Changgeuk Company of Korea is working with Nam Inu, one of the most noted directors on the Korean theater scene today, to create a fresh and entertaining form of theater for children. That the young pansori star Yi Jaram, who has shown the power of Korean singing through such works as [Sacheon-ga] and [Eokcheok-ga], is participating in the production as musical director and vocal composer, is enough to raise high expectations in itself.
