National radio personality, FOX News Channel contributor, and former Greenville resident Mike Gallagher returns to the Upstate to star in the musical comedy hit, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, opening tonight and running through April 16.

Fresh off a Broadway run and based on the popular 1988 film starring Steve Martin and Michael Caine, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels centers on two con men living on the French Riviera. Mike Gallagher stars as the suave and sophisticated Lawrence Jameson, who makes his lavish living by talking rich ladies out of their money. The other, a small-time crook named Freddy Benson, more humbly swindles women by waking their compassion with fabricated stories about his grandmother's failing health.

After meeting in a hotel lobby, they unsuccessfully attempt to work together only to find that this small French town isn't big enough for the two of them. They agree on a settlement: the first one to extract $50,000 from a young female target, heiress Christine Colgate, wins and the other must leave town. A hilarious battle of cons ensues, that will keep audiences laughing and guessing who comes out on top until the very end.

Directed by Glenda ManWaring, with musical direction by Susan Lyle and choreography by Kimberlee Ferreira, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels stars Mike Gallagher as Lawrence Jameson and features Todd Weir as Freddy Benson, Paige ManWaring as Christine Colgate, Bruce Meahl as Andre Thibault, Melanie Ann Wiliford as Muriel, Megan Mathis as Jolene, and an ensemble of talented, local actors.
