Now in previews at Broadway's Ethel Barrymore Theatre, Tony and Olivier Award winner and two-time Emmy nominee Alan Cumming's acclaimed one-man interpretation of Macbeth is set to officially open on Sunday, April 21 at 6 p.m. BroadwayWorld brings you highlight's from the National Theatre of Scotland production, where it played prior to Broadway.
Direct from sold-out engagements at The National Theatre of Scotland and the Lincoln Center Festival, this acclaimed one-man interpretation of Macbeth, starring Alan Cumming, will play a strictly limited 73-performance engagement at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre. Preview performances began on Sunday, April 7 (7 p.m.) with an official Opening Night on Sunday, April 21 (6 p.m.). The Broadway run will conclude on Sunday, June 30.
