Blackfriars Theatre to Present TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE, 11/15-24

The stage incarnation of the treasured bestseller, Tuesdays with Morrie, makes its Blackfriars Theatre premiere in what is sure to be a play that will stay with you long after you've left the theatre. Tuesdays with Morrie tells the true story of its author, Mitch Albom, an accomplished journalist driven solely by his career, and his former college professor, Morrie. Sixteen years after graduation, Mitch happens to catch Morrie's appearance on a television news program and learns that his old professor is battling Lou Gehrig's Disease. Mitch is reunited with Morrie, and what starts as a simple visit turns into a weekly pilgrimage and a last class in the meaning of life. (more...)
