cARTel: Collaborative Arts LA, with Associate Producers Brownies and Lemonade, Shifty Rhythms, and Department 4, are proud to announce the lineup for the 2017 BROKE LA Music & Arts Festival. The festival's new location will be 4560 Worth St and will occur on the new date of April 8th, 2017. The date move shifts the festival away from overlapping with Coachella weekend for the first time ever, kicking off festival season in Los Angeles. Commenting on the change, Executive Director Negin Singh notes, "It is important for us, first and foremost, that our event serve our artists in their professional development. Written by Bethel student Kayla Rundquist and directed by other fellow student Alex Price, Like Watchmen tells the story of three women who wait out a storm in a church for The Return of their respective sailors from Lake Superior; two are wives, and one is a daughter.
