Producers of Memphis THE MUSICAL, which recently celebrated its 100th performance at the Shaftesbury Theatre, recently announced that the Original London Cast Album is now available to purchase online for download. The CD will be available from 9 February at the Shaftesbury Theatre and via First Night Records. The Original London Cast Album is produced by First Night Records and Grammy Award-winning David Bryan. Mr. Bryan, a founding member of Bon Jovi, wrote the original score to Memphis THE MUSICAL with Joe DiPietro who wrote the book. Memphis, Tenn., Jan. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. or MAA (NYSE: MAA) today announces the taxable composition of its 2014 distributions paid to shareholders. The amount of distribution referred to as return of capital is considered by the Internal Revenue Service to be a return of invested capital and is not currently taxable. This amount should be applied to reduce the shareholders' tax cost basis of the related shares. The company did not incur any foreign taxes. Reflecting on his career highlights as part of Jonathan Larson's seminal rock musical RENT and how it defined an entire generation, Pascal opens up about his participation in the early stages of the show as well as comments on the enduring legacy of Pulitzer Prize-winning musical in its 20th anniversary year.
