The Museum of Modern Art announces the lineup for Doc Fortnight 2022, the 21st edition of its annual showcase of daring new nonfiction cinema from around the world. Doc Fortnight 2022 will be presented as a hybrid festival from February 23 to March 10, 2022, with all 19 feature and 10 short films screening in the Museum’s Titus Theaters and a selection available on MoMA’s Virtual Cinema streaming platform.

Albuquerque Little Theatre (ALT) has come a long way since its inception in 1930. They are continuing their historic 90th Season with a bathroom grand opening coinciding with the opening of the production Mamma Mia! this Friday, October 11 at 7PM.
Bristol Riverside Theatre will kick off its 33rd Season by putting God centerstage in the sinfully funny An Act of God by 13-time Emmy winner David Javerbaum. Seated at the staircase to Heaven, audiences will find national TV, film and comedy star Kim Wayans. The In Living Color alum, and a member of the famous Wayans family, will rule the universe in a new comedy penned by former The Daily Show with Jon Stewart writer Javerbaum. The play, which was a smash hit on Broadway, was based on Javerbaum's Twitter persona @TheTweetofGod, which now boasts six million followers. An Act of God is directed by BRT Founding Director Susan D. Atkinson. The show will run for 28 performances, from September 17 to October 13, 2019, with the press opening on Thursday, September 19 at 7:30pm. All performances are at Bristol Riverside Theatre in Bucks County, located at 120 Radcliffe Street. Ralph Miller, owner of the Bucks County Playhouse, is facing some financial difficulties at the moment. He has made one sole mortgage payment in over a year, and has declared bankruptcy to avoid selling the playhouse in August. Similar stories are appearing across the country as owners struggle to maintain their businesses in this economy, but Miller's case seems a bit more complicated than that: this is his third bankruptcy since 1992.
