Meet the Broadway bound cast of INTO THE WOODS for Summer 2022, which includes Sara Bareilles, Brian D'Arcy James, Patina Miller, Phillipa Soo, and more!

With performances beginning April 23rd, Nancy Manocherian’s the cell theatre and Nightclub Cantata LLC, by special arrangement with Concord Theatricals, will present  Elizabeth Swados’ 1977 breakout sensation Nightclub Cantata, a provocative, eclectic and heralded theatrical creation rarely seen since its inception decades ago. 

America’s next big musical sensation has its cast! American Idol favorites Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young will lead the incredible cast of the new musical, Skates.

The 32-disc boxed set of Robert Fripp in the studio and in concert 1977-1983. The set will feature many previously unreleased tracks, outtakes and rarities as well as numbers tracks becoming on CD for the first time. The largest in the series, “Exposures” is the ninth boxset release collecting King Crimson / Robert Fripp material from 1969 to 2008.

Weaver, designer, collector, gardener, author, world traveler, entrepreneur, teacher, and cultural scholar, Jack Lenor Larsen was mentor to textile connoisseurs, designers, artisans and artists throughout his eventful and gratifying 93 years. He died peacefully on the evening of December 22, 2020 of natural causes in East Hampton, New York.

Trinity Rep presents its annual holiday tradition, A Christmas Carol. Noted for being a new production each year, the 2019 production has been inspired by the senses, with a focus on the sights, sounds, and smells of the holiday season.

Peninsula Players Theatre, America's oldest professional resident summer theater and Door County's theatrical icon, is proud to announce it has received a $20,000 award from The Shubert Foundation. The Shubert Foundation has awarded a record total of $30 million to 533 not-for-profit performing arts organizations across the United States since its inception. "Man of La Mancha," the first fully-staged musical in the 34-year history of the Hampton Theatre Company, will be the third play of the HTC's 2018-2019 season, opening on March 21 at the Quogue Community Hall and running through April 7.

Professor Valerie Curtis-Newton directs an all-female cast in Maria Irene Fornes' Fefu and Her Friends. Fornes, who passed away October 31st at the age of 88, was the winner of nine Obie Awards, including the award for sustained achievement. She has been called "the most important American playwright you've never heard of," and "influential beyond measure." This iconoclast, beloved teacher and mentor to some of contemporary theatre's most exciting writers, is the subject of the new documentary The Rest I Make Up. She is considered by many to be the mother of U.S. Latinx Theatre. This year marks a national celebration of her work, Celebrando Fornes/Celebrating Fornes.
