Fan favorite Valerie Harper and her partner Tristan MacManus returned to the ballroom on the season finale of ABC's DANCING WITH THE STARS and today has provided PEOPLE with an update on her health, revealing that 'I had a few little strange things but they probably would have happened anyway,' she said. 'I don't have any big terrible symptoms, so as long as that's happening and I'm seeing my doctors, what's to complain about? There's people out there really suffering, so I'm feeling pretty good.' Hallmark Channel announces Golden Globe(R) and four-time Emmy(R) winning actress Valerie Harper has been cast to guest star in the first two episodes of Hallmark Channel's newest Original Primetime Series, 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered,' produced by Muse Entertainment in association with MoonWater Productions, the series is set to premiere Spring 2014. Created and Executive Produced by Martha Williamson, best known as the Executive Producer behind the mega-hit 'Touched By An Angel,' the scripted primetime show features a group of postal detectives, played by Eric Mabius ('Ugly Betty'), Kristin Booth ('The Kennedys'), Crystal Lowe ('Smallville') and Geoff Gustafson ('Primeval: New World'), who solve mysteries behind undeliverable letters and packages that can transform lives. Asolo Repertory Theatre will open its 2013-2014 season with SHOW BOAT, based on the novel by Edna Ferber, music by Jerome Kern and book and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II. Yesterday, BWW reported that beloved Broadway veteran Valerie Harper was facing a lawsuit from 'Looped' playwright Matthew Lombardo. The scribe claims that during rehearsals for the Broadway production, the actress began to slur her speech and forget her lines. When she went to the doctor, it was discovered that her lung cancer had spread to her brain. Lombardo was forced to replace Harper at the last minute, which he claims cost him $500,000. (more...)

Arbor Networks Unique Global Attack Intelligence Integrated into Local Protection

The introduction of AIF comes at a time when organizations are feeling ill-prepared for the variety of threats targeting their networks. According to a recently-released global survey of CISOs and senior IT executives that was sponsored by Arbor and conducted by the Economist Intelligence Unit, only 17 percent of business leaders feel fully prepared for an incident.
