The show focuses on the songs by Irving Berlin that premiered in Hollywood movies in the 1930's and follows his journey through the studios he worked for, such as RKO, Paramount and MGM. It's a celebration of Berlin’s contributions to the glamorous Hollywood musical. A wonderful collection of his most beloved songs like “Cheek To Cheek” and “Let's Face the Music and Dance”. Dance numbers feature tap, ballroom, jazz and a couple of the dance crazes Berlin's music started. The show is a welcome reminder of the importance of dance to musical comedy and its capacity to sweep you up and carry you halfway to heaven.
