Theater Works' Saving Santa Puppet Show Is Back By Popular Demand

Theater Works' Puppet Works is set to present SAVING SANTA, written by Jeremiah Clay Neal, for a second year running. It's Christmas Eve and when the possibility of the Secret existence of Santa is threatened to be exposed by some meddling kids it's up to a group of clever talking presents to save the day. This fun holiday adventure is full of comic hijinx involving quirky elves, a cookie loving Santa, a Dad who loves Christmas, and other adorable characters. An amusing family show that tries to prove the age old question, "Is Santa really real?" Come for the show and stay for the "Make-n-Take" workshop. This interactive workshop is only $4 / participant. Tickets for the puppet show are only $6 / person. SAVING SANTA opens this Saturday, December 3rd and runs until December 24th on the Gyder Stage.

Theater Works' Puppet Works puppet shows are ideal for children ages 3 and up to enjoy an entertaining performance. The puppets and puppeteers encourage the children to interact and ask questions with a talk back following each performance. Puppet Works is also willing to work with schools and day care centers to create special performances during the week. The "Make-n-Take" Workshops are a family activity offered at the theater following each puppet performance. Admission is $4/person. Please note: shows are in English unless specified, but you'll find children love puppets regardless of language! No reservations are necessary but seating for the shows and workshops is limited. Registration for workshops is recommended and can be made in advance of each performance in person or by calling the Box Office at 623.815.7930.
