Teatro Bravo heads west! Their production of THE CARPA PLAYS stops at Theater Works at the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts (8355 W. Peoria Ave
Peoria, AZ 85345) on Saturday, July 18, at 4 p.m. (house opens at 3:30 p.m.) Tickets: $7 and can be purchased at www.teatrobravo.org or at the door.

Travelling from town to town in search for a place of peace and performance, The Bravo Players are a motley crew of theatre performers just trying to make a living as artists in Arizona. Lead by their egotistical show owner, El Chavo, The Bravo Players are set out to bring to you, the audience, the greatest show in Arizona, one play at a time.

The Carpa Plays is a step into our historical past and honors a style of performance that continues to speak to audiences in Arizona today. Filled with comedy, song and a Luchador, The Carpa Plays are sure to be a treat for audiences of all ages.

(A free workshop to follow the performance at 6:00pm with some of the cast. Participants must RSVP for the workshop. Space is limited. All information on the workshop can be found at www.teatrobravo.org)

If you are unable to attend this performance but would like to become a donor to Teatro Bravo to keep Latino theatre alive in Phoenix, call 602-402-9954 for more information.
