Prescott Center for the Arts Receives Trio of Grants

PCA's Executive Director announces the following grants from Arizona organizations in support of Prescott Center for the Arts programs:

Prescott Area Arts and Humanities Council for advertising and marketing support of the Week of the Dead/Ghost Talk production held in Prescott, AZ in October 2016.

Arizona Commission for the Arts - a Community Investment Grant for General Operating Funds in support of all of the programs presented by PCA.

Arizona Community Foundation Grant in support of an expansion of our Summer Youth Program offering to greater serve the youth in the Tri City Area.

Catherine Miller Hahn, President of the Prescott Center for the Arts Board of Directors said, " I would like to thank the Arizona Community Foundation of Yavapai, Arizona Commission on the Arts and the Prescott Arts and Humanities Council for their support of this year's grant requests for the upcoming 2016-2017 PCA Season. This is a pivotal time for art centers across Arizona and our 49 year old nonprofit PCA is no different. Because of the loyal arts patrons and volunteers throughout Northern Arizona, we are thus far able to keep our doors open. Without organizations such as yours, or those like yours, this would not be possible. Thank you sincerely on behalf of us all."

The mission of the Prescott Center for the Arts is to create opportunities for the greater community to engage in and experience all facets of the arts. The vision of Prescott Center for the Arts is PCA will be the community's foremost leader in providing complete, personal and collaborative artistic experiences. Prescott Center for the Arts offers Theatre on 2 stages, a gallery with juried shows, a gift shop, concerts, Children's programming and educational opportunities.
