Santa is in bed with a cold, and his toy-making elves are feeling over-worked - as well as distracted by young Elfie, who is constantly underfoot.  Frustrated, his mother sends him out to play and he disappears into the woods!

Frantic parents begin their search with the help of other elves and a variety of woodland animals.  The mysterious dancing trees lead the way through a deep forest, where the desperate searchers learn about nature and animal behavior, the importance of cooperation , and their own strengths and weaknesses.

This original show includes classical dancing, an array of elves and animals, and a delightful mystery that will enchant viewers from two to ninety two!
