Tony nominee and MAC Award winner Charles Busch, one of the leading playwrights and entertainers of our time, has created an exciting night of songs and stories in celebration of his early years as an artist in New York City called NATIVE NEW YORKER. We sat down with Busch for a fun and sparkly chat on the Feinstein's/54 Below stage.

Ring in the new year with the legendary Charles Busch. Actor/playwright/award-winning cabaret artist, Charles Busch (Die Mommie Die, Psycho Beach Party, The Tale of the Allergist's Wife), returns to Feinstein's/54 Below on December 31 for his third delightful New Year's Eve show with his dashing longtime musical director Tom Judson and special guests Howard McGillin (The Phantom of the Opera, The Mystery of Edwin Drood), Andrea Burns (On Your Feet!, In the Heights), Peter Flynn (The Scarlet Pimpernel, Beauty and the Beast), and Ashley Austin Morris ("Murphy Brown," "The Good Wife"). Join them for a warm, outrageous, fun-filled early evening of music and storytelling.

Tony nominee, Drama Desk Lifetime Achievement honoree and two-time MAC Award winner, Charles Busch, is about to return to Feinstein's 54 Below with a new show that gets to the essence of this legendary entertainer. Weaving tales of his Manhattan childhood and adolescence raised by his indomitable Aunt Lillian through the lens of the tumultuous decade of the 1960's, Charles will be singing a great songbook from Broadway to Pop, featuring the work of among others Burt Bacharach, Jimmy Webb, the Beatles, Henry Mancini, Bob Dylan, Stephen Sondheim and Kander and Ebb. Songs include Two for the Road, Anyone Who Had a Heart and The Times They Are A-Changin'.
