BroadwayWorld has an exclusive first look at Tiananmen: A New Musical, opening at The Phoenix Theatre Company. The original work debuts 34 years after the tragedy in China's Tiananmen Square. 

Earlier this month, BroadwayWorld announced the results for our first annual Broadway's Backbone Best Musical Ensemble Award, which went to the company of Allegiance. Darren Lee accepted the award on behalf of his cast, with the help of Broadway favorite Sean Palmer and you can check out how it all went down below!

The Duplex will present stage, film and television veteran Alvin Ing in his new cabaret show - GOT A LOT OF LIVIN' TO DO - written, produced and directed by Lainie Sakakura, at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre, 61 Christopher Street (@ 7th Avenue) in New York on Monday, May 23, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes before showtime.
