Ghostlight Records has announced the release of the new CD from MARY TESTA - the two time Tony Award nominated singer and actress currently starring in Wicked on Broadway - and MICHAEL STAROBIN, the Tony Award winning orchestrator and arranger. Following the enormous success of last year's VAULT Festival, Heritage Arts today announces the programme for VAULT's triumphant return to the Leake Street tunnels for six frenetic weeks of live entertainment. From 28 January 2015 they will present a carefully curated, high quality multi-arts programme across seven different spaces under Waterloo station.

This December, Marin Theatre Company continues its 48th Season with a presentation of Reduced Shakespeare Company performing their The Complete History of Comedy (abridged), starring writer/directors Reed Martin and Austin Tichenor, with Dominic Conti. The "Bad Boys of Abridgement" will leave no joke untold as they deconstruct the entire history of comedy in a dizzying night's entertainment.

Orlando Shakespeare Theater in Partnership with UCF dares audiences to take a risk on new plays at PlayFest from this weekend, November 1 - 3, 2014. Presented by Harriett's Charitable Trust, the fast-paced weekend is packed with lively discussions, engaging playwright panels, and new play readings, along with a keynote speech from playwright Mark St. Germain. This season's event marks the twelfth festival of new plays at the Theater.

Cincinnati Shakespeare Company continues with this season's opening Shakespeare production of 'The Comedy of Errors' playing November 21- December 13, 2014. For this production, Cincinnati Shakespeare is thrilled to welcome the Executive Director of the Shakespeare Theatre Association, Patrick Flick, to the director's chair for the first time at CSC! Red Bull Theater's Revelations Readings kicked off its new season with a gala benefit reading of WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE'S THE TEMPEST, featuring Michael Cerveris as Prospero. Directed by Jesse Berger the cast also included De'Adre Aziza, Gerry Bamman, Clifton Duncan,Angel Desai, Sean Patrick Doyle, Glenn Fleshler, Carman Lacivita, Drew Ledbetter, Matthew Rauch, Jay O. It took place for one night only on October 20th at Playwrights Horizons, 416 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues. From a blind date that resets at the ring of a bell to three chimpanzees writing the first draft of a Shakespearean play, there is madness for all tastes as the Hilberry Theatre Company presents All in the Timing by David Ives. This production will feature eight of Ives' one-act plays, and will be performed in repertory -- opening on Friday, November 21, 2014 and running through January 31, 2015.

They say the road to hell is paved with good intentions but for Dr. Faustus (Adam Mondschein) the shortcut forged by a writ in blood expedites a journey that has nothing to do with being good. Frustrated in his search for knowledge and arrogant in his desires, he makes a deal with the Devil (Lexie Helgerson) and in exchange for his soul, is granted twenty-five years with Lucifer's demon Mephistopheles (Suzan Crowley) by his side, serving him in any way he chooses.
