Anna-Maria Helsing has been appointed Chief Conductor of BBC Concert Orchestra. Officially starting in the role on October 1 2023, the appointment builds on Anna-Maria Helsing’s fruitful existing relationship with the orchestra which began in 2020 when she became Principal Guest Conductor.
