Lynne Meadow (Artistic Director), Barry Grove (Executive Producer), and Mandy Greenfield (Artistic Producer) announced additional casting and creative team members for the upcoming Manhattan Theatre Club world premiere productions of WE LIVE HERE by Zoe Kazan and CLOSE UP SPACE by Molly Smith Metzler, at New York City Center - Stage I (131 West 55th Street).

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey continues the summer portion of its 49th season with Dario Fo's wincingly funny Accidental Death of an Anarchist. Performances begin August 3rd and continue through August 28th at The Theatre's Main Stage - the intimate F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre. On Thursday, July 21, and Thursday, August 4 audience members at the new, Tony Award Nominated Broadway musical CATCH ME IF YOU CAN will get the chance to chat up the young star Aaron Tveit, who stars as Frank Abagnale, Jr. Immediately following the 7pm performance, Mr. Tveit will host an on stage post-show talk back and Q&A. Tickets for these performances can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com and at The Neil Simon Box Office (250 West 52nd Street). Only ticketholders for that evening's performance will be able to attend the Talk Back.

Cape May Stage, South Jersey's premier Equity theatre, is delighted to welcome one of Broadway's hottest performers to the Robert Shackleton Playhouse. Jarrod Spector, who currently stars as Frankie Valli in the Tony, Olivier, & Grammy Award-winning Best Musical, Jersey Boys, will bring his own concert entitled Minor Fall, Major Lift to Cape May Stage on Monday August 29, 2011. This concert is directed by Eric Michael Gillett and features music direction by Adam Ben-David. After more than 1,000 performances in the hit musical Jersey Boys, Jarrod Spector is taking audiences on the ride of HIS lifetime. From 'Star Search' champion to Ivy League dropout and back to Broadway as one of the most iconic rock singers ever - these are the songs and stories of a kid from Philadelphia and his tumultuous relationship with music. Channeling Kevin Spacey, the irreverent, whirlwind comedy currently playing Off-Broadway, has added a performance and revamped its schedule.

The cast of Engaging Shaw features Rod Brogan (George Bernard Shaw), Natalie Gold (Beatrice Webb), Angela Pierce (Charlotte Payne-Townshend) and Michael Warner (Sidney Webb).

According to the Chinese Almanac, Tuesday, October 11th is a good day for starting a business. So the producers of CHINGLISH, the new comedy about an American businessman doing business in China by Tony Award-winning and two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist David Henry Hwang (M. Butterfly), have decided to start performances on that day. The opening night and casting will be announced soon.

CAP 21 Theatre Company presents SOUTHERN COMFORT, a new musical by Dan Collins (book and lyrics) and Julianne Wick Davis (music), based on Kate Davis' 2001 Sundance award-winning documentary about transgender friends in rural Georgia. Co-starring Annette O'Toole and Jeff McCarthy, previews begin October 5, prior to its official press opening October 6 at the CAP21 Black Box Theater (18 West 18th Street) in Manhattan. Tom Caruso (ZOMBIE, MIMI LE DUCK) directs.

Goodspeed's 'Honey, I Shrunk the Musical'-approach pays off with intimate SHOW BOAT.

Artistic Directors Vivienne Benesch and Ethan McSweeny are pleased to announce the four writers at the center of CTC's new play development work in Summer 2011: Kate Fodor will be in residence as the very first recipient of the Chautauqua Play Commission. Her residency will correspond with the New Play Workshop Festival that will feature fully staged readings of plays by Michael Golamco, Michael Mitnick and Molly Smith Metzler.

The Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical NEXT TO NORMAL will end its national tour on July 30 at the Four Seasons Centre in Toronto.

Original cast members Usman Ally (VP), Terence Archie (Chad Deity) and Desmin Borges (Mace) get back in the ring to reprise their roles in The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity at the Geffen Playhouse where they're joined by character actor Steve Valentine in the role of EKO (one more actor remains to be announced). Written by Kristoffer Diaz, this Pulitzer Prize finalist slams together thrilling spectacle, incredible characters and geopolitical allegory into an invigorating theatrical experience you can't find on pay-perview.

According to the LA Times, stage and screen star Justin Bartha has signed on to star in Jesse Eisenberg's new off-Broadway play Asuncion. Bartha will play 'Vinny, a progressive academic and roommate of left-wing blogger Edgar (Eisenberg), who's thrown for a loop when a Filipino roommate moves in.' The duo last worked together in the 2010 independent film 'Holy Rollers.'

Last night, July 25, Second Stage opened Zach Braff's world premiere production of ALL NEW PEOPLE. The production concludes Second Stage's 32nd season. BroadwayWorld was on hand for the opening and brings you photo coverage below!
