American Coast Theater Company, the resident professional theater of Vanguard University, closes out its summer season with a intimate reimagining of Shakespeare's juiciest tragedy. MACBETH opens Friday, June 22 at the Lyceum Theater on Vanguard's Costa Mesa campus and runs through July 8.

Innuendo -The Bad Twin- by Saara Lamberg has won the Audience Award 2017. Cinema Australia is an online space dedicated to the support and promotion of Australian made films through independent news, reviews, features and interviews. On the 1st January, the Facebook page of Cinema Australia sited that thousands of people had voted and the count was on the way. At 9pm on the 1st January the winner was announced.

Stage and Television's Keith Chegwin Dies Following Battle With Lung Condition

Stage and television entertainer Keith Chegwin has died following a long term battle with a 'progressive lung condition.' He was 60 years old. Chegwin was a regular in pantomime, most recently starring in a pantomime tour of Beauty and the Beast in March last year. He also appeared in West End shows including Tom Brown's School Days and The Good Old Bad Old Days. He starred as Fleance in Roman Polanski's Macbeth in 1971.
