In the Golden Age of Broadway, Ethel Merman was the Queen of Broadway. She sang all the great songs, played all the great plays and knew all the great personalities! Ethel Merman's Broadway recreates a theatrical era filled with charm, wit, personality, and most of all, wonderful music.

ETHEL MERMAN'S BROADWAY, conceived and directed by Christopher Powich and starring Rita McKenzie, will play Detroit's Gem Theatre Beginning September 9th. The show will run through November 21.

Florence Henderson gave audiences in Los Angele's Catalina Club an up close and 'Honest' night of entertainment with 'All The Lives Of Me,' under the musical direction of Broadway composer and Emmy Award winner Glen Roven. Friends and colleagues included Carol Burnett, Donna Mills, Robert Wagner, Rita McKenzie, Mitzi Gaynor, Norm Crosby, and Bruce Vilanch (who is credited as a co writer of the program) among others, were on hand as Florence Henderson opened with a hysterically funny number entitled 'Lifted,' before treating audiences to a look at all of her lives. She prefaced that she didnt mean lives like Shirley MacLaine has lives, but rather as a young girl growing up in KY as the youngest of ten children.

On Thursday, October 23rd, a crowd gathered at a chapel, filling to standing room only capacity, in the Hollywood Forever Cemetery to remember a man known to hundreds of millions simply as Mr. Blackwell.
