Renée Taylor, Joe Bologna and Lainie Kazan will perform in the off-Broadway hit Bermuda Avenue Triangle, written by Taylor and Bologna, at the Brentwood Theatre from May 30 to June 25, with an official press opening set for Friday, June 2. The show is being billed as Broadway-bound, as well.

Manny Kleinmuntz and Rita McKenzie are also in the cast of the show, which is directed by Bologna and Taylor. The production is directed by Bologna and Taylor, who have been married for over 40 years.

The original Los Angeles production of Bermuda played nine sold out months in Los Angeles - first at the Tiffany Theatre and then at the Canon Theatre. Sixty-four thousand theatre-goers saw the production, which then transferred to New York for a successful Off-Broadway run.

"Bermuda Avenue Triangle tells the tale of two widows (Taylor and Kazan) set up in a Las Vegas retirement condo by their daughters. They think life has passed them by, until they both meet and fall in love and lust with a charming swindler (Bologna) who helps them realize 'you're never too old to do what you think you're too old to do,'" according to press notes.

With Bologna, Taylor penned the Broadway shows If you ever leave me...I'm going with you, It Had to Be You, and Lovers and Other Strangers. The two were featured in the first two, while Taylor was featured in the latter. The film version of Lovers and Other Strangers earned them an Oscar nomination, and they were nominated for an Emmy Award for "Acts of Love and Other Comedies." Love is All There Is was a recent collaborative film outing.

Bologna's film and TV credits include "According to Jim," Ice Age: The Meltdown, Big Daddy, "The Nanny," It Had to Be You, Blame it on Rio, My Favorite Year and Chapter Two.

Kazan stood by for Barbra Streisand during the original run of Funny Girl, and has also appeared on Broadway in The Government Inspector, My Favorite Year (for which she received a Tony nomination), Bravo Giovanni and The Happiest Girl in the World. Kazan, who played the mother in My Big Fat Greek Wedding, has appeared on screen and on TV in "My Big Fat Greek Life," "The Nanny," Beaches, Hotel, "St. Elsewhere" and My Favorite Year, among others.

Kleinmuntz repeats the role of Rabbi Levine, which he played in Los Angeles and New York. Also in New York, he appeared in Three Sisters and A Minor Incident. He has toured in Fiddler on the Roof and West Side Story. In Los Angeles, He appeared in Seagull, Number Our Days and many other stage productions. On film, he was seen in To Be or Not To Be, Envy, and soon to be released Taylor. He has appeared on many TV shows.

McKenzie is best known for playing the theatre legend in Ethel Merman's Broadway. She has toured in the female version of The Odd Couple, for which she won a National Touring Award for Best Actress. McKenzie starred in the Los Angeles premiere of the Off-Broadway musical Ruthless!, and other regional and touring credits include Annie Get Your Gun, 42nd Street, Anything Goes, Man of La Mancha and The Most Happy Fella. She also has numerous TV and film credits.

The show will feature scenic design by James Noone; costume design by Gail Cooper-Hecht (Kazan's costumes designed by Donna Granata) and sound design by Jon Gottlieb.
