BroadwayWorld has just learned that Cirque du Soleil Theatrical has announced casting for Cirque du Soleil -PARAMOUR, the organization's first production created specifically for Broadway. Joining previously announced Ruby Lewis as Indigo, the poetess; is Bradley Dean as A.J., the director; and Ryan Vona as Joey, the composer.

BroadwayWorld has just learned that Matt Magnusson will be taking over the role of 'Scorpio' opposite Alison Luff in BREAKING THROUGH at The Pasadena Playhouse this fall. Magnusson replaces Constantine Maroulis, who has left the company due to personal matters.

The series was created by Theresa Rebeck, Bombshell, with music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman, directed by Joshua Bergasse and Scott Wittman with choreography by Joshua Bergasse and music direction by Marc Shaiman.
