Brooklyn’s premiere professional orchestra, the Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra is proud to present A Night at the Opera on Saturday, May 4 at the historical St. Ann and the Holy Trinity Church. The evening will feature renowned soprano Rebecca Nelson from Vienna Volksoper supported by the Grace Chorale.

Rebecca Martínez will direct the World Premiere of Randy’s Dandy Coaster Castle with Egg & Spoon Theatre Collective. This new comedy by Alexander Perez will premiere at the Jeffrey and Paula Gural Theatre at A.R.T./New York Theatres, August 23-September 2.

In a combined triumph for the Classic Popular Songbook, its purveyors and adherents, and the professionalism and perseverance of The Mabel Mercer Foundation, that unique organization presents its THIRTIETH annual New York Cabaret Convention at The Rose Theater, Jazz at Lincoln Center, beginning Monday, October 28th and running through Thursday, October 31th. The four individual concerts will be offered at 6 o'clock each evening, and more than seventy-five vocalists and musicians are scheduled to perform.

As previously announced, on Monday, May 1, 2017, The New York Pops will celebrate its 34th birthday with a grand gala evening honoring Karen van Bergen, the CEO of Omnicom Public Relations Group, and Tony Award winners Kelli O'Hara and Bartlett Sher, whose collaborations over the last decade have won universal acclaim and whose individual careers represent pinnacles of achievement in the world of theatre.
