The project, produced by SHOWTIME and Legendary with Endeavor Content serving as studio, is based on the graphic novel by Rick Spears, James Callahan and Luigi Anderson. The announcement was made today by Amy Israel, Executive Vice President, Scripted Programming, Showtime Networks Inc.
