Producers Fox Theatricals and Barbara Whitman have announced casting for the first National Tour of FUN HOME, the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning Best Musical. The tour will premiere in St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre, November 15 - 27, 2016.

Producers Fox Theatricals and Barbara Whitman just announced casting for the first National Tour of FUN HOME, the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning Best Musical. The tour will premiere in Cleveland at Playhouse Square October 2 - 22, 2016, as part of the Key Bank Broadway Series.

As BroadwayWorld reported last night, the first National Tour of FUN HOME will star Robert Petkoff (Broadway's Ragtime, All The Way, Anything Goes) as Bruce, Susan Moniz (Broadway's Grease, Chicago's Marriott Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theater) as Helen and Kate Shindle (Broadway's Legally Blonde, Cabaret, and Miss America 1998) as Alison. Joining them will be ABBY CORRIGAN as Medium Alison, Alessandra Baldacchino (Broadway's Fun Home) as Small Alison, Karen Eilbacher as Joan, Robert Hager as Roy, LENNON NATE HAMMOND as John, PIERSON SALAVDOR as Christian, Anthony Fortino, Amanda Naughton, SOFIA TRIMARCHI and Michael Winther. At certain performances, CARLY GOLD will play the role of Small Alison.

The New York Musical Festival (NYMF) presented the Women of Note concert series, celebrating female, queer and trans artists who are changing the landscape of musical theatre, on Monday, August 1 at The Duke on 42nd Street. Featuring dynamic sounds and incredible performers, this one-night-only concert event showcased even more artists than last year in two back-to-back performances. The event will be live-streamed, free-of-charge, and available for 24-hours at lincolncenter.org/lc-live.

Cutting-Edge Composers is a concert series that strives to create greater exposure for up-and-coming songwriters by providing them with venues, publicity, Broadway performers, and musicians to best showcase their material. Cutting-Edge Composers is directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto, co-produced by Allie Glickman, and features musical direction by Benjamin Rauhala and orchestrations by Rauhala and Julie McBride.
