Manhattan Theatre Club's American premiere of The Nap, written by Olivier Award nominee Richard Bean (One Man, Two Guvnors) and directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan (Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes; Rabbit Hole; Proof) is playing its final two weeks of performances. The play must close on Sunday, November 11th at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street).

BroadwayWorld has teamed up with renowned caricature artist Ken Fallin, a life-long theater enthusiast, who has drawn many Broadway and Off-Broadway productions. Manhattan Theatre Club will "Trans Visibility in the Theatre," a panel directly following the Sunday, November 4th matinee of The Nap. Come to an open discussion about increasing trans presence in the theatre, with panelists including Alexandra Billings (The Nap, "Transparent"), Kate Bornstein (Straight White Men, "I Am Cait"), Will Davis (India Pale Ale, Men On Boats), Alexa Fogel ("Pose" Casting Director), Bianca Leigh (The Nap, Transamerica), and Marquise Vilson (Charm). They will discuss how the arts industry can sustain and further the current push for greater trans presence and representation.

After a sold out show in 2017 Johnny and the Devil's Box is coming back to Rockwood! The concert will highlight selections from the new folk musical JOHNNY AND THE DEVIL'S BOX with performances by; George Abud (The Band's Visit), Julie Foldesi (Sunday in the Park with George, Newsies, South Pacific), Don Sparks (Margaritaville), Rema Webb (The Color Purple, Margaritaville), Annabelle Fox, Andrea Laxton, Alex Grubbs, Meghan Glogower, Scott Wasserman and Douglas Waterbury-Tieman. The band features members of The Playbillies Mike Rosengarten (Be More Chill) and Matt Cusack (Bandstand) with guest Billy Cohen.

On the bare stage of BAM's vast Howard Gilman Opera House, clad in attire befitting a Calvin Klein advertisement, the acrobats of the world-renowned Australian Contemporary Circus company -- Circa -- demonstrated breathtaking acts of enormous strength and delicate, alternatingly humorous and heartbreaking vulnerability. Humans is a tribute to our shared nature as people: we can be weak, limited and fragile, but we can also showcase incredible feats of bravery, trust and fortitude -- especially when working together.
