New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC)  presents Eric Roberson on April 19, 2019 at 8 P.M.

Center Theatre Group will offer Spanish-language translations of the 8 p.m. performance of Luis Valdez's "Valley of the Heart" on Friday, December 7 at the Mark Taper Forum. Each show will be performed in English with Spanish translations running simultaneously on open caption screens. Audience members wishing to view the open captions should request to be seated in the captioning area when purchasing tickets.

Broadway's Corey Cott (Bandstand) and Hannah Elless (Bright Star) star in two newly released music videos from the new musical Rebel/Genius. With book, music and lyrics by Peabody Award-winning composer Matthew Puckett, Rebel/Genius is inspired by the early life of scientific genius, Albert Einstein. Cott and Elless perform 'Faster' and 'What Love Looks Like,' singing the roles of Einstein and his first wife Mileva Mari?, respectively.

When two of hip-hop's most accomplished composers get together to make an album you know the results are going to be special. Ali Shaheed Muhammed (of A Tribe Called Quest) & Adrian Younge began their work together in 2013 on the critically acclaimed Souls of Mischief album There Is Only Now and their partnership cemented on their score work for Marvel's Luke Cage. The T.R.U.T.H Project (Telling Real Unapologetic Truths through Healing) kicks off its 2nd annual fundraiser entitled: We Are Gold, Saturday, October 22, 2016, 4:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. Zimm's Martini & Wine Bar 4321 Montrose Blvd, Houston, TX 77006   "The growth and impact we have in the community is still very surreal to me," says Founder Kevin Anderson. "It's humbling to have the support of artists and healthcare providers who understand the vision for using the arts as a tool for healing through information, education, and access to resources."   This year's fundraiser will include a montage of video clips from previous installments and live demonstrations of spoken word, live music, and visual art to showcase how the T.R.U.T.H. Project connects art and health.
