Get ready to be spellbound as Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre and Maurer Productions OnStage bring Roald Dahl's Tony Award-winning 'Matilda The Musical' to the stage. Don't miss this spectacular musical adaptation packed with laughter, heartwarming moments, and unforgettable songs.

Maurer Productions OnStage will present the hilarious Shakespeare-inspired musical comedy “Something Rotten!” at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre.

Kelsey Forward Initiative is proud to present “Raise Your Voice Jr.,” a new musical revue featuring songs from across Music Theatre International's Broadway Junior Collection. The show runs from July 29 through July 31 at Kelsey Theatre located on the Mercer County Community College campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road in West Windsor. 

The Kelsey Theatre and Kelsey Forward Initiative will present an all youth cast between the ages of 11 and 17 in Raise Your Voice Jr, a brand-new revue featuring songs from across MTI's Broadway Junior collection. Dates and show times are Friday, July 29 at 8pm, Saturday, July 30 at 8pm and Sunday, July 31 at 2pm.

Take a teenage runaway gushing with boyish charm and a big imagination who successfully poses as a doctor, lawyer, and airline pilot, millions of dollars in forged checks, and a cat-and-mouse game with an FBI agent, and you've got the musical comedy a?oeCatch Me If You Can,a?? presented by The Pennington Players Oct. 25 through Nov. 3 at Mercer County Community College's (MCCC) Kelsey Theatre.

The fraught and poignant passage from adolescence to adulthood takes center stage as the Theatre/Dance program at Mercer County Community College (MCCC) presents the groundbreaking musical "Spring Awakening." This unforgettable coming-of-age tale comes to MCCC's Kelsey Theatre Fridays, Apr. 6 and 13 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Apr. 7 and 14 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Apr. 8 and 15 at 2 p.m.

It's 1482 Paris and life is dark and difficult. The gypsies who occupy the edges of society are in a constant struggle with city officials and the soldiers charged with protecting the citizenry. Thus begins The Hunchback of Notre Dame, an epic tale set to a sweeping musical score, to be presented by The Pennington Players at Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre. Dates and show times are Todays, Oct. 20 and 27 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Oct. 21 and 28 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Oct. 22 and 29 at 2 p.m.

Adventure awaits as Playful Theatre Productions presents 'Big Fish, The Musical' at Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre. Dates and show times are: Fridays, March 31 and Apr. 7 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, April 1 and 8 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, April 2 and 9 at 2 p.m.

"Cats," Andrew Lloyd Webber's magical musical homage to the feline world, comes to Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre in March. Playful Theatre Productions will present nine performances over three weekends, including four matinees. Dates and show times for evening performances are: Fridays, March 13 and 27 at 8 p.m., and Saturdays, March 14, 21 and 28 at 8 p.m. Matinees will be presented on Sunday, March 15, Saturday, March 21, Sunday, March 22 and Sunday, March 29 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on MCCC's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. An opening night reception with the cast and crew follows the March 13 performance.

Dates and times for this special family event are: Fridays, May 30 and June 6 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, May 31 and June 7 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.; and Sundays, June 1 and 8 at 2 p.m. A reception with the cast and crew will follow the opening night performance on May 30.

Community theater companies that perform at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre continued to garner accolades at this year's annual Perry Awards competition, hosted by the New Jersey Association of Community Theatres (NJACT). It was a banner night for theater companies that perform at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre. After being nominated for 27 Perry Awards by the New Jersey Association of Community Theaters (NJACT) for shows performed during the 2011-12 season, the groups were awarded eight Perry Awards at a ceremony held on Sept. 9.
