Menopause The Musical made its Boston debut at the Stuart Street Playhouse in 2003 and ran for 1092 performances before closing in 2006. That production was the first out-of-town run for producers Gfour Productions, who have since gone on to produce the show around the country. Now, Menopause The Musical returns to the Boston area for 3 weeks of performances at Stoneham Theatre.

Actors' Playhouse continues its 2013-14 season with a celebrated production of Peter Quilter's End of the Rainbow, a new play with music. Stoneham Theatre is excited to announce a special event coming in June 2014: Menopause The Musical. Menopause The Musical debuted in March of 2001 in Orlando, Florida. After a successful Off-Broadway run, Menopause The Musical boasted productions all over the world including Australia, Canada, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, and the Phillipines. Now, Stoneham Theatre audiences can see the show in which eleven million people all over the world have delighted.

BWW Review: A Bad Day at the Office

Feeling nostalgic for the 1980s? The North Shore Music Theatre reminds us what office life was like back then in '9 to 5: The Musical,' based on the film and the Dolly Parton hit song. The production is acted and staged extremely well, but the songs are forgettable and the book is tough to swallow in our era of cynicism.
