Playwrights Horizons has announced a cast change for the New York premiere of Dead Man's Cell Phone, a new play by Pulitzer Prize finalist Sarah Ruhl (The Clean House, Eurydice). Drama Desk Award winner and Playwrights Horizons alum T. Ryder Smith will assume the role of Gordon (the 'dead man' of the title) beginning Tuesday, February 19.

Taina Elg and an all-star cast read Garbo's Last Walk, the new play by Kristof Bathory, at the National Arts Club, January 25, Friday, 8 pm. Directed by Susan Einhorn, Kathleen Chalfant and Lisa Harrow, the experience is two dueling Garbo's, unveiling the mystery of Hollywood's greatest, most mysterious, screen star.

Award-winning stage, screen and TV stars Kathleen Chalfant and Patricia Elliott will co-star in Vita & Virginia for 12 Monday nights at 7 PM at the Zipper Factory Theater beginning February 11 and continuing through April 28, 2008.

Epic Theatre Ensemble has announced the complete cast for the New York premiere of A Hard Heart, written by Howard Barker and directed by Will Pomerantz. Performances begin on October 30, 2007 at the Clurman Theatre on Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street) and run through December 2, 2007. Opening night is November 11, 2007 at 6PM.
