RIOT, the all-star, all-Irish smash hit of the 2016 Dublin Fringe Festivaland winner of Best Production, is set to make its Melbourne debut in an exhilarating theatrical explosion that will set hearts soaring and pulses racing from 31 January to 9 February 2018 at Arts Centre Melbourne.

Kate Stanley Brennan's theatre work includes Wuthering Heights at the Gate Theatre, Yerma at the West Yorkshire Playhouse and The Night Alive at Lyric Belfast. She's currently starring in Annie Ryan's production of Webster's The White Devil in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, the evocative candlelit indoor space at Shakespeare's Globe.

The Matrix Theatre Company Board of Directors announced today that it will conduct a national search for an Executive Director to replace Mary Ann McCourt. Ms. McCourt will transition to an advisory role during the search so that she may focus on her family.

Matrix Theatre Company's 2014-2015 Mainstage season features a Grand Cyclops of the KKK, an African-American civil rights activist, 20th-century feminism, and a gorilla in a zoo, and we're just getting started! The feminist comedy by Gina Gionfriddo, Rapture, Blister, Burn, opens the season beginning in November, followed by Mark St. Germain's Best of Enemies, the true story of a southern town in the middle of the desegregation of their public school system. The season ends with the unique story of a woman confronting choices surrounding complications with her pregnancy and the part that a gorilla in the zoo and an elderly woman play in offering her comfort in Precious Little by Madeleine George.
