Berkeley Rep is proud to announce that its annual OVATION Gala raised $675,000 for the Theatre's new play development, arts education, and community engagement programs. Held at the glitzy Ritz-Carlton hotel in San Francisco, the event swept guests up in a masquerade fete filled with theatrical spectacle and surprise entertainment. The Gala was one of the most successful in Berkeley Rep's history, welcoming 330 attendees.

In the spirit of giving, come to Christmas Carolyn, a benefit performance for Scott Siegel's critically acclaimed concert events, Broadway Unplugged and The Nightlife Awards. The benefit concert on Dec. 22nd at the Laurie Beechman Theater is produced and hosted by Nightlife Award Winner Carolyn Montgomery-Forant.

KT Sullivan has always managed in many ways to turn the world of Cabaret upside down. With her enormous gifts of wit, intelligence, voice, musicianship, creativity, and business sense she was the perfect choice to be the artistic director of the Mabel Mercer Foundation. NiCori Studios and Productions and Irvington Town Hall Theater announce a new cabaret musical series entitled, Cabaret on the Hudson. The series will begin on Monday, October 27 at 8pm and will feature three outstanding cabaret performers or small groups, each bringing a 25 minute sampling of their New York City cabaret shows to Westchester, NY.

After more than two decades of exciting contribution to the New York musical scene, The Mabel Mercer Foundation hits a new high this autumn by producing its 25th annual New York Cabaret Convention for four evenings, October 20th-23rd. All performances begin at 6 o'clock at the Rose Theater, Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Frederick P. Rose Hall at Broadway and 60th Street.
