The Tony, Olivier, and Grammy Award-winning smash hit Beautiful - The Carole King Musical will perform live on Monday's episode of ABC's 'Dancing with the Stars.' The cast of Beautiful lead by North American tour star Sarah Bockel will perform 'Natural Woman' for contestants Mary Lou Retton and Sasha Farber as part of 'Dancing with the Stars.' The wild popular program airs locally on WABC-7 at 8 PM ET.

The Tony, Olivier, and Grammy Award-winning smash hit Beautiful - The Carole King Musical will performed live on last night's episode of 'America's Got Talent.' The cast of Beautiful lead by Broadway star Abby Mueller performed a new medley featuring some of Ms. King's most iconic songs on the highly rated NBC program. 

The North American tour of Beautiful - The Carole King Musical will welcome Dylan S. Wallach (Gerry Goffin) and Alison Whitehurst (Cynthia Weil) beginning September 4 in Denver, CO. The 60-member cast includes Broadway veterans working alongside some of the nation's most promising new talent, all showcased in an brand-new staging, featuring imaginative sets and costumes inspired by the classic Disney film. In 2011, Music Theatre Wichita was one of the first three theatres in the country to receive permission from the Disney Company to produce this title following its Broadway run, and the new edition marks the local premiere of the newly revised script and score. "The Little Mermaid" runs for ten performances, August 8-18 at the Century II Concert Hall in downtown Wichita, Kansas.

Producers Paul Blake and Sony/ATV Music Publishing have announced the National Tour of the Tony and Grammy Award-winning hit musical BEAUTIFUL - THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL will make its Minneapolis return as part of the of 2018-2019 Bank of American Broadway on Hennepin series Monday, Oct. 22 to Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018 at the historic Orpheum Theatre (910 Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis).

Broadway Dance Lab will launch its first summer Choreography Intensive today, welcoming 10 young choreographers, ages 18-29, for a one-week immersion in the art of theatre dance-making. The faculty roster includes BDL Artistic Director Josh Prince, Jeff Calhoun, JoAnn M. Hunter, Al Blackstone, Marc Bruni, and more. The program will run through August 5 at Baryshnikov Arts Center.

Music Theatre Wichita continues its 2018 Season with one of the first regional productions of the newly revised Pippin, reflecting the changes composer-lyricist Stephen Schwartz and librettist Roger O. Hirson introduced in the 2013 Broadway revival. Directed and choreographed by Emmy-nominated Al Blackstone ("So You Think You Can Dance"), the lavish production features a 32-member cast in an all-new staging. The fourth of five self-produced musicals in MTWichita's 2018 season, the run continues through July 29. Disney's The Little Mermaid will conclude the season August 8-18.
