A sequel to the smash hit Run For Your Wife is set to make audiences at Limelight Theatre cry with laughter all over again.

It's 1912, and the world's most famous ocean liner, the RMS Titanic, is ready to set sail at Mercer County Community College's (MCCC's) Kelsey Theatre. Playful Theatre Productions proudly presents "Titanic," the Tony Award-winning musical about the maiden - and only voyage - of the colossal ship that ends in tragedy at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. Dates and show times for this Kelsey special event are: Fridays, April 20 and 27 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, April 21 and 28 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, April 22 and 29 at 2 p.m.

Broadway star Andy Mientus, who will play Tommy in the DCPA Theatre Company's upcoming stage production of 'The Who's Tommy,' based on the seminal concept album, performed songs from the musical on March 26, 2018, at the Alamo Drafthouse Denver, with proceeds benefiting The Denver Actors Fund. Mientus sang 'Sensation.' Guitar by Dave Devine. The live entertainment preceded a screening of Ken Russell's cult-classic film adaptation on the 43rd anniversary of its London release. DADDY LONG LEGS makes its Central Florida debut at Winter Park Playhouse. This charming newish musical is based on a novel by Jean Webster with music and lyrics by Paul Gordon. I found the music absolutely stunning. The two-person cast executed the piece beautifully in such a moving way; however, I got hung up on the plot holes and my jaded view of the world. Still, I left thinking, I wish I could see this again, because of the music and cast.
