Hollywood icon John Cusack comes to The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts for a special screening of the iconic film “Say Anything…” on Friday, May 17 at 7:30 pm. Following the screening, there will be a live conversation with audience Q&A. Tickets are on sale to members now and go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 15 at 10 am.

Announced today, The 2nd Annual Mammoth Film Festival will have the California premiere of EXTREMELY WICKED, SHOCKINGLY EVIL AND VILE film starring Zac Efron as Ted Bundy, Lily Collins, Haley Joel Osment, Kaya Scodelario, John Malkovich, and Jim Parsons. This marks the film's second festival premiere after it made a splash at Sundance.

The box office for BURN THIS will open today, February 4 at 10am EST at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street).

John Malkovich will return to the West End stage for the first time in nearly 30 years in the world premiere of Bitter Wheat. Malkovich will take on the role of Barney Fein, a top dog Hollywood producer reminiscent of Harvey Weinstein. 

Three-time Emmy Award nominee Adam Driver (Pale) and Golden Globe Award Winner and Emmy Award Nominee Keri Russell (Anna) will lead the first revival of Pulitzer Prize Winner Lanford Wilson's BURN THIS. Directed by Tony Award winner Michael Mayer, BURN THIS is set to begin performances on Friday, March 15, 2019 and officially opening on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at Hudson Theatre.

The Public Theater will begin previews for the New York premiere of SEA WALL / A LIFE with a Joseph Papp Free Preview performance on Friday, February 1. Written by Simon Stephens and Nick Payne respectively, and directed by Carrie Cracknell, SEA WALL / A LIFE will run through Sunday, March 31 in The Public's Newman Theater with an official press opening on Thursday, February 14. SEA WALL / A LIFE features Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge in their Public Theater debuts.

True West is currently being revived by the Roundabout Theatre Company, starring Ethan Hawke and Paul Dano. The pair have joined a list of many famous duos who have taken on the roles of Lee and Austin in Sam Shepard's play.

Rose Theatre Kingston today announce Melly Still as an Associate Artist. Still takes on the role having previously directed the world premiere stage adaptation of Elena Ferrante's My Brilliant Friend for the company. She is currently directing the UK tour and first stage adaptation of Louis de Bernieres' best-selling novel Captain Corelli's Mandolin, a co-production between Rose Theatre Kingston, Neil Laidlaw and Birmingham Repertory Theatre.

By popular demand, Steppenwolf Theatre Company will host a second conversation with co-founder Gary Sinise on Monday, February 18 at 9pm, following the sold out 7pm discussion. During the event Sinise and fellow co-founder Jeff Perry will discuss Sinise's new book Grateful American: A Journey from Self to Service in a candid conversation. A copy of the book is included in the ticket cost. The late-night event will take place in Steppenwolf's Downstairs Theatre, 1650 N Halsted, on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 9pm. Mike Oldfield's “The Killing Fields” Soundtrack & DVD Limited Edition Deluxe Box Set is now available for pre-order. “The Killing Fields” is a 1984 British biographical drama film about the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia, which is based on the experiences of two journalists: Cambodian Dith Pran and American Sydney Schanberg. It was directed by Roland Joffé and produced by David Puttnam for his company Goldcrest Films. Sam Waterston stars as Schanberg, Haing S. Ngor as Pran, Julian Sands as Jon Swain, and John Malkovich as Al Rockoff. The adaptation for the screen was written by Bruce Robinson; the musical score was written by Mike Oldfield and orchestrated by David Bedford.
