This is the story of Elvis impersonator, Casey, who's young and broke. His landlord is knocking at the door, and he's just found out his wife is going to have a baby. To make matters even more desperate, Casey is fired from his gig as an Elvis impersonator in a run-down, small-town Florida bar. When the bar owner brings in a B-level drag show to replace his act, Casey finds that he's going to have to adapt to a whole new show business like none he's ever known as he trades one sequined outfit for another and genderbends into a drag show headliner.

Opening today, August 13th and running through Saturday, August 16th, performances of The Drowsy Chaperone begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday and continue 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Thursday, 8 p.m. on Friday, and 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday.
